Want to learn more about native ingredients and how to incorporate them into your weekly meals and special dinner parties? This beginner level cooking class introduces attendees to some accessible native ingredients that can be used in the home.

Robyne will present a tasting platter of raw ingredients to taste before showing the class some simple canape ideas followed by a plated seafood main course and tips on seafood preparation. Tickets are limited and include damper, tastings and drinks.
Ingredients that are available from the Noongar season of Djeran will be utilised for this workshop. This is a perfect class for beginner cooks and those keen to learn more about native Australian ingredients and WA seafood.
